This site is maintained by Anthony Cox. I'm an Adverse Drug Reaction pharmacist at the West Midlands Centre for Adverse Drug Reaction Reporting and a teaching fellow at Aston University, Birmingham.
I was a member of the steering group for Private-Rx (1998-2003) and a member of the editorial board of The Pharmaceutical Journal (2001-3). I am the vice-chairman of the Birmingham Branch Committee of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain, where I was elected to the position of honorary treasurer.
I have a keen interest in drug safety, having both published articles on adverse drug reactions and medication errors. This website is a collection of things that interest me, that I keep up to date when I can.
I was also responsible for the Weapons of Mass Destruction Google bomb that did the rounds in 2003.
